Sarah began teaching in 2012 inspired by her love of community and the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, and Tibetan Buddhist yoga. Her teaching emphasizes flow, breath awareness, and embodied mindfulness. She leads retreats locally and internationally and mentors teachers through Fluid Yoga Teacher Training. Sarah completed her 200- and 500-hour certifications with Fluid Yoga and Sanskrit language studies with Dr. Ben Williams. She continues to study with Kevan Gale and Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten and is deeply grateful to her teachers and mentors who continue to guide her path.
