Susan was first drawn to yoga in college and loved how the practice encouraged the mind and body to work in harmony. What started as a curiosity soon became a grounding, steady presence in her life. Her goal is to create an inclusive space that welcomes every body and ability. She believes the world transforms when we take a moment to pause in community, to breathe, to move mindfully, and to act with compassion and loving-kindness.
In 2026, she completed the 200-hour Fluid Yoga Teacher Training as well as a 21-hour certification in HEALing Yoga.
