Nature Immersion
Connect with Vermont’s vibrant summer landscapes through guided outdoor experiences, sit spot nature meditations, and optional cold plunges in flowing natural water. Time in nature helps to ground your energy, release tension, and align more closely with the season’s expansive rhythms.
Seasonal Nourishment & Self-Care
Enjoy nourishing meals crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to hydrate and replenish your body. Delight in cooling herbal teas, mocktails, and infusions, and explore self-care practices like soothing herbal foot soaks, and self-massage for total renewal.
Daily Schedule
Friday, May 2: Arrival Day
Arrivals between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. After settling in, we’ll kick off the retreat with a self-care ritual to relax and rejuvenate. We’ll have a break together to enjoy seasonally supportive herbal mocktails, followed by evening yoga and and dinner. We’ll end the day with herbal tea ceremony and quiet time to rest.
Saturday, May 3: Immersion & Renewal
Start the day with morning tea or coffee, followed by Nejung and Lujong breathwork practices led by Betty. After breakfast, we’ll head out for a mindful outdoor experience led by Tanya. Enjoy a light lunch and some downtime before yoga. Dinner will be followed by an evening self-care ritual and quiet time to relax and reflect.
Sunday, May 4: Reflection & Departure
Begin the morning with yoga and meditation, then enjoy a healthy brunch. After brunch, we’ll wrap up the retreat with reflection before departing around 12:00 p.m.

The Dharma retreat home is approximately 2.5 hours from Boston to Wilmington VT. If you need help coordinating a ride or would like to offer to drive a carpool, please let us know.
