Daily Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation: Each day includes practices that align with spring’s rhythms, fostering detoxification, balance, and inner calm. Breathwork and meditative exercises—such as Nejong and Lujong—help to purify and energize the body and mind.
Nature Immersion: Experience Vermont’s vibrant landscape through guided outdoor experiences and sit spot meditation along the trails. These nature connection practices invite you to unplug, release and align with the awakening energy of the season.
Nourishment & Herbal Wisdom: Savor nourishing meals made with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to support your body’s needs. Enjoy herbal mocktails, infusions, and teas thoughtfully crafted to cleanse, balance, and rejuvenate.
Holistic Self-Care: Explore daily self-care practices designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. From soothing herbal foot soaks, self-massage technique, oil pulling and seasonal tea ceremony, each practice promotes relaxation, healing, and renewal.
Daily Schedule
Friday, May 2: Arrival Day
Arrivals between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. After settling in, we’ll kick off the retreat with a self-care ritual to relax and rejuvenate. We’ll have a break together to enjoy seasonally supportive herbal mocktails, followed by evening yoga and and dinner. We’ll end the day with herbal tea ceremony and quiet time to rest.
Saturday, May 3: Immersion & Renewal
Start the day with morning tea or coffee, followed by Nejung and Lujong breathwork practices led by Betty. After breakfast, we’ll head out for a mindful outdoor experience led by Tanya. Enjoy a light lunch and some downtime before yoga. Dinner will be followed by an evening self-care ritual and quiet time to relax and reflect.
Sunday, May 4: Reflection & Departure
Begin the morning with yoga and meditation, then enjoy a healthy brunch. After brunch, we’ll wrap up the retreat with reflection before departing around 11:00 am
