Noble Silence Meditation Retreat
Wilmington, VT
Insight meditation is a practice of mindful observation where practitioners start to directly perceive how all things arise on causes and conditions. Everything begins to be seen as an interconnected web of relationships and naturally gives rise to compassion.
By realizing these concepts it helps one let go of attachments and dualistic identities, leading to a sense of freedom.
Join Betty and Kevan for a long weekend of meditation and inner mind exploration in the heart of Southern Vermont. This retreat is designed for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.
