Since 2009, Betty has studied and shared the healing and spiritual practices of the Tibetan yogic tradition. Her work at Stil Studio spans SPA yoga trainings Fluid yoga trainings, Ku Nye bodywork, and leading global retreats. She serves on the board of Drangsong, a US nonprofit devoted to the teachings of Sowa Rigpa, the Tibetan medical tradition. Drangsong supports the Sowa Rigpa International College in Nepal, the country's first accredited degree program in Tibetan medicine, helping fund scholarships for students from remote Himalayan regions. She is co-owner of Stil Studio and Terma Goods, both in historic downtown Dedham. She is eternally grateful to her teachers in the Tibetan Vajrayana lineage: Khenpo Lama Migmar Tseten, Kevan Gale, Dr. Eric Rosenbush, and Dr. Nida Chenagtsang. |
