Slow down. Tune in. Return stronger.
There is a narrative women are told about age - that it is something to outrun. This retreat tells a different story. Over two winter nights at a historic 1792 estate on 47 private acres in the Berkshires, we gather to explore the power that arrives with age - through mindful movement, quiet reflection, and honest, science-grounded conversation about the body's changing inner chemistry, led by physician and women's health specialist Dr. Louise Newson.
Between sessions: fireside tea, snow-padded walks, live music, deep rest, and the rare pleasure of being in good company.
Mindful Movement
Morning yoga and guided meditation led by Betty Riaz and guest teacher
Jen Frey. The practices are designed for strength, balance, and bone and joint health, building the body you'll live in for decades to come.
