Align & Refine Vinyasa
This is a 75 - 90 min dynamic flow class with all the goodness of vinyasa (an intentional sequence of linked poses with breath), as well as some body mechanics to learn how to get into more difficult poses.
Tatiana will give you the perfect opportunity to increase strength, stability, and focus. The result is a full mind-body experience filled with graceful movement as we seek to align body, breath, and heart!
