Are you interested in exploring the rich cultural diversity of Cuba? Are you intrigued by the idea of spending 6 days / 5 nights in the the cobblestone streets of Old Havana practicing yoga, meditating and enjoying the sights, sounds and colors of Cuba? Join Kevan and Jamie at a gorgeous private residence in the heart of Old Havana in January/Feb 2023. We will start off by taking in the sights of the city from in a classic convertible car tour of the neighborhood where we will be staying. Each morning we will enjoy the city from a rooftop deck yoga class sip coffee and eat local Cuban breakfast dishes. In the afternoons, we will take salsa dance lessons, listen to Cuban music and learn how to cook Cuban cuisine. Most days we will have a second yoga class or meditation in the afternoon. Additionally, we will take a day trip to Vinales Valley, a gorgeous mountains region of cuban where we will have the opportunity to take in the sights on horseback (no riding experience necessary).

Where will this take place: Old Havana, Cuba. You may fly into Havana. Most major US carriers now fly to Havana via JFK, FLL or MIA.

Who may attend? All are welcome to join this retreat. Yoga classes will be all levels and and all outings and activities are optional.

What types of activities will be included?

Yoga classes will be a mix of vinyasa and also restorative & relaxing flows.
Morning meditations will offer the opportunity to start each day in a peaceful way
Visits to Vinales Valley and horseback riding through the countryside.
A vintage convertible ride though Old Havana
Salsa dance lessons
Cuban cooking lessons
Local live music and dancing
Breakfast and dinner each day

Your retreat fee includes transportation once you arrive in Cuba, two meals a day, yoga, meditation and the activities scheduled including those listed above.

What's Not Included

Transportation to Cuba / Flights are not included. Fly into and out of Havana, Cuba.

What types of things are not included in my retreat participation fee?

Taxi rides for personal day-trips or excursions not part of the group scheduling
Gratuities for hotel staff / drivers
Lunches or any additional meals and food you require outside of what is scheduled

Fluid Yoga® Travel & Retreat Waiver Form

In consideration of my enrollment as a student of Fluid Yoga Retreats , I represent and agree to the following:

1. Your booking is not considered definite and no contract will exist until we receive the initial deposit from you and you agree to the below terms and conditions. Said deposit ranges from $250-$750 depending on location.

2. I understand that participation in all “Yoga Retreat” activities could involve risk of physical injury, illness, death or property loss, and despite safety precautions, that Fluid Yoga cannot guarantee safety thereof, as all risks cannot be prevented. Fluid Yoga, does not provide health and accident insurance for trip participants, and I understand that any medical expenses, property loss, or other personal expenditures that result during or from this travel/trip, are to be borne by the participant. I also hereby consent, give authorization to, and release from liability; trip leaders to secure any emergency medical treatment in event I am unable to, and I agree to be responsible for the costs thereof.

3. In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with this trip and any recreational activities noted within; and with full understanding of the above issues/conditions and risks, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Fluid Yoga, teachers and staff from all form and manner of risks inherent in, and from all claims, suits and demands of any nature arising from participation in said trip, or activities.

4. I understand that all travel arrangements are my own responsibility and at my own cost. Fluid Yoga shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies through which arrangements have been made, or for any irregularities in documentation required for travel.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY – Your trip is non-refundable, however in some circumstances, a portion of your payment may be used as future credit for another Fluid Yoga Retreat as outlined below. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat. If our minimum number of guests is not reached by the start date we may cancel retreat and refund the money to you.

a. Cancel more than 90 days before retreat, deposit will be forfeited and any other paid portions my be applied to another Fluid Yoga Retreat

b. Cancel 60-89 days before retreat, deposit will be forfeited and 50% paid portions my be applied to another Fluid Yoga Retreat

c. Cancel 30-59 days before retreat, deposit will be forfeited and 25% paid portions my be applied to another Fluid Yoga Retreat

d. Cancel 30 days or less before retreat, your entire payment will be forfeited.
