Tanya Tanaro

Tanya is a yoga teacher, herbalist, aromatherapist and mindful nature guide.

Tanya’s yoga practice started as a simple exploration of physical postures, and eventually opened the door to a world of people and experiences that reshaped her perspective on the mind and body. Through yoga and other healing practices, Tanya found remission from an auto-immune disease, mended her relationship with alcohol and food, and found a deeper connection to herself, others and nature. She believes everyone can access their own form of healing if they have the right support and are committed to learning and practicing. When Tanya’s not teaching yoga, she’s harvesting herbs and formulating medicinal remedies, such as teas, tinctures, salves and oils.

Tanya holds a RYT 500 level certification with the Yoga Alliance, Level 2 Aromatherapy certification through the Eclectic Institute for Aromatherapy, is a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, and completed a second level herbal apprenticeship through the Boston School of Herbal Studies. She owns Rustic Heart Wellness where she focuses on connecting people with the healing wisdom of nature.

Alyssa Gorel

ALYSSA GOREL, RYT 500, LICSW, BCN. Alyssa completed her 200hr & 300hr training through Fluid Yoga and has certificates in HEALing Yoga Level 1&2 and SPA Yoga. Stumbling upon yoga she found she was more at peace after class. This led her to pursue yoga further to understand the mind, body connection and why yoga made her feel more balanced and happy. This journey naturally led to wanting to be a Yoga Teacher in order to share the benefits of yoga with others. Through exploring the mind, body and spirit connection in fluid style classes she aims to help you create the inner and outer space to find harmony and peace. In her classes she attunes to the needs of students in that given moment, offering a variety of options that invite turning up the heat, or backing off their edge based on listening to their body as the primary guide. By the end of class you will have practiced keeping the mind focused, attending to the needs of the body and meeting it right where it is at with compassion and acceptance in order to arrive at complete relaxation and renewal.
