We are VERY PLEASED TO WELCOME GIRISH IN CONCERT AT STIL STUDIO with Kevan teaching a Fluid Yoga class!

SIGN UP ONLINE SOON, SPACE IS FILLING FAST. Fluid 2/3 Yoga classes are a dynamic asana flow based on Vinyasa principles. The classes incorporate organic and intuitive flows and emphasize continual movement throughout the mindful practice to build endurance, flexibility, strength and a clear mind. Fluid classes will both challenge and evolve your practice. Come prepared with an open mind and mindful approach. Level 2/3 classes are geared toward avid practitioners who have a regular yoga practice and a year or more experience. Classes will include arm balances, deep hip and back opening and inversions.
