Deepen your yoga practice with a fundamentals workshop. We will explore and breakdown the structure of poses most commonly taught in a vinyasa flow class. Join us in learning how to find the perfect way for our individual bodies to approach the practice. Whether you are new to yoga or a more experienced student who wants to develop a fuller and more connected experience to your practice this is the workshop for you……….
